Our company was originally incorporated with the Registrar of Companies on 12th October, 1998 as M/s. Command Polymers Private Limited with registration no. 088098. Pursuant to shareholder’s resolution dated March 5, 2022, it was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to M/s. Command Polymers Ltd. A fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent to such change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, dated 2nd day of May, 2022.
